We don’t overthink too much in this area. We have so many reasons to celebrate, and so many topics to talk about that not one week can pass without an event of some kind. One could say that our frequent get-togethers are the main reason our size never trumps our “wolf pack” spirit.

This is how we classify all events open to the external audience. We always promote such events through social media channels and invite all interested to register prior to attending. This type of event is a little less frequent but definitely worthwhile. If you have an idea for an event or meetup, we’re also up for co-hosting, so don’t be a stranger. The second INIT Conference Banja Luka was a huge success, with over 500 IT experts gathering in Banja Luka with the same goal in mind: knowledge sharing. This was also our first joint appearance as HTEC Group members, so it was a day filled with meeting colleagues from different cities and exchanging experiences! We also got to talk about our upcoming joint ventures and play a little puzzle game with everyone who stopped by our booth.

What does it take to achieve high scalability on a complex project with a short deadline? Over 50 people in Mostar heard it firsthand from our senior developer Amel Spahić on June 9. He presented the scope and architecture of the project from the film industry and spoke candidly about the challenges the team faced. The audience had many questions about the tools and techniques that they used, which Amel gladly answered. Sharing our experiences really gets us going, and we’re planning more tech meetups soon.
